Our family company was started because we love great jerky, and we continue making the same incredible snacks every day!

In 2005 my son was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. At that time I was faced with the challenge of finding low carb, high protein, and kid approved snacks. I needed something bulletproof, and beef jerky was the ideal snack, but as many of you know most beef jerky is tough and just plain salty.
